Our 60 Day Return Policy and Information

We will refund your full purchase price except in the case that an item is opened then you decided it's not wanted.  Opened video games/systems can only be exchanged for an identical item (this assumes the video game/system has a manufacturer's defect.) If the item you purchased was a already open (loose) we ask that it be returned in the same condition as when it was received.

  • Refunds will be processed through the method by which you paid
  • Shipping charges are NOT refundable unless we shipped the wrong the item

Should you buy tracking and/or insurance on the return?

For your peace of mind, please do.  We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items. All returned items must be sent to us prepaid. If merchandise arrives, to us, damaged a full refund may not be given. A partial refund may be in order or the merchandise will be returned to the buyer. Although these types of issue are rare please buy insurance and tracking for returns. In the event you need to return merchandise, please contact us first for a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
